In 2011, the company ArtFairs, responsible for the Emerging Contemporary Art Fair JustMad, commissioned Off Limits the communication campaign of the second edition of the fair. Our team was responsible for defining and implementing fully the campaign.

Off Limits took over the analysis and communication consulting to improve the results obtained in previous years, the definition of a variety of journalistic approaches writing different press releases based on different needs and content of each media, the definition of a timing of press releases submissions according to the agencies closing time editing, the definition and management of an online press room for easy access to information and photographs by journalists, the documentation and development of news content (press releases, calls, dossiers…), the negotiation of appearances in the media, personalized attention to inquiries and requests from journalists, sending and tracking press material, organizing press conferences and media coffee-breaks, coordination of accreditation for the press before and during the course of the fair, the collection and organization of the clipping generated (offline, online, radio and television) and the final evaluation of the press campaign quantitatively and qualitatively.
