Since 2007, Off Limits teaches theory and practice within the framework of the Master on Contemporary Art at the European University of Madrid. The sessions, on annual basis, is entitled “Mind the Gap: survival kit for artists”. The space between the conception of an art project and its integration into the structures of production, distribution and marketing of contemporary art is an area that, being unknown and distant of the art activity itself, can be complex or impassable for many artists. Therefore, the objective of this seminar is to facilitate the understanding of this area and provide tools that allow the artists to design effective strategies to use. In parallel, Off Limits hosts every year the exhibition of the Master students.
